Send free text messages on the Globe network in the Philippines. It's free to register with any Globe mobile number. This is not a PC to mobile service, but sending free sms from your mobile phone. Free sms from Globe to Globe numbers or SMART to SMART numbers. However, there is a charge of P2.50 to read text messages, and that is because you have to send a text in order to retrieve the message sent to you.
